Artisanal Nature: Since Fruitique uses fresh, seasonal produce, slight variations in color, size, and sweetness may occur. All images on the website are for illustrative purposes.
Pricing: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Availability: Products are subject to seasonal availability. In the event of a shortage, we will contact you to offer a premium substitute of equal or greater value.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and approved digital payment gateways.
Transaction Security: All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers. Fruitique does not store your credit card details.
Confirmation: Your order is only confirmed once you receive an automated “Order Confirmation” email.

4. Delivery & Risk

Delivery Schedule: While we strive for precision, delivery times are estimates. Factors such as traffic or weather in Dubai may affect timing.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Freshness Window: Given the heat and humidity of the region, we are not responsible for the deterioration of products left unattended at the delivery location.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Fruitique logo, product names (e.g., “The Prism Bowl”, “Green Oasis”), photography, and text, is the exclusive property of Fruitique and is protected by UAE Copyright and Trademark Laws.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fruitique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
