Returns & Refund Policy

At Fruitique, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of artisanal freshness. Every arrangement is hand-crafted and inspected to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. Given the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and excellence:

1. The Freshness Guarantee

Due to the fresh and handcrafted nature of our fruit and vegetable creations, all sales are final once the delivery has been accepted. We do not accept returns on any perishable items.

2. Quality Concerns

Your satisfaction is our signature. If you believe your order does not meet our premium standards or has been damaged during transit:

Notification: Please contact our Concierge Team within 2 hours of delivery.
Documentation: To process your request, we require a clear photograph of the product as received.
Resolution: Upon review, we will prioritize a complimentary replacement or offer Boutique Credit for your next purchase.

3. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To manage our artisanal production, the following terms apply:

Individual Orders: Cancellations or modifications are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery for a full refund.

Event & Corporate Orders: Due to the custom procurement of premium produce, cancellations for large-scale orders must be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
Same-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day delivery are final and cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds

Original Mode of Payment: In accordance with UAE regulations, all refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
VAT: All approved refunds will include the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE Federal Law.

5. Non-Delivery & Refusal

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer or the absence of the recipient, the order will be returned to our boutique to maintain food safety.
Due to the perishable nature of the goods, a redelivery fee may apply, or the order may need to be reprepared at the customer’s expense.
